Welcome to our website and app. If you continue to browse and use this website or download the app, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern our relationship with you in relation to this website or app. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using this website. 

Downloads: You are dowloading URR app at your own free will and understand by creating a profile that you agree to all the terms and conditions releasing URR CONSULTING, Ultimate Road Rally, Any SPONSORS or MEMBERS of any LEGAL OR FINANCIAL   RESPONSIBILITY.

 Privacy: We are committed to keeping your personal information private. Ultimate Road Rally will not sell, distribute or share any personal information you provide. Locations or tracking is strictly for navigation use or map use and is not shared with anyone. Access to photos, and camera are to upload photos on your profile or other parts of the app, Microphone is used for voice memos, radio, and talk to text. Any personal information we possess will be used for the sole purpose of administering the relationship between yourself and Ultimate Road Rally. 

Sweeptakes eligibility : Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Florida, New York, Tennessee, Rhode Island, and Louisiana, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of Entry (the “Entrant”), except for employees of Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and related companies and its respective advertising and promotion agencies, consultants and agents, and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Any Sweepstakes Entries received from an ineligible participant will be disqualified. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. 

DRAWING/ODDS; WINNER NOTIFICATION: A random drawing will be conducted within THREE (3) days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period from all eligible Entries received by URR to select the winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries recieved for the Sweepstakes. User can enter multiple sweepstakes multiple times with no restrictions on times entered. All federal and state laws apply. 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: All user can enter the sweepstakes by using points awarded via the APP only, points can be given for creating a profile. referrals, creating routes, creating events, visiting checkpoints, playing games, entering information, leaving reviews, and just using the app frequently. Points can be earned or purchased anytime.

Sweepstakes prize: Multiple sweepstakes will be entered daily, weekly, monthly. Prizes can have no cash value. IE gift cards, Gift certificates, or credits towards sponsors locations to future events. Sweepstakes can be extended at anytime up to 30 days of initial posted dates by the discretional input of URR or sponsors.

Release of liability: I HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING IN ANY/ALL ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS EVENT and APP, including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault. I certify that I am physically fit, have sufficiently prepared or trained for participation in this activity, and have not been advised to not participate by a qualified medical professional. I certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude my participation in this activity. I acknowledge that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form will be used by the event holders, sponsors, and organizers of the activity in which I may participate, and that it will govern my actions and responsibilities at said activity. In consideration of my application and permitting me to participate in this activity, I hereby take action for myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns as follows: 

(A) I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me including my traveling to and from this activity, THE FOLLOWING ENTITIES OR PERSONS: THE ULTIMATE ROAD RALLY APP -URR CONSULTING INC;

 (B) INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE the entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in this activity, whether caused by the negligence of release or otherwise. I acknowledge and unconditionally release and forever discharge any persons, entities, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, partners, sponsors, shareholders, successors, assignees, parent or subsidiary entities, representatives, are NOT responsible for the errors, omissions, acts, or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific activity on their behalf. I acknowledge that this activity may involve a test of a person's physical and mental limits and carries with it the potential for death, serious injury, and property loss. The risks include, but are not limited to, those caused by (URR) ULTIMATE ROAD RALLY, URR CONSULTING INC. These risks are not only inherent to participants but are also present for volunteers, staff and or other members.
